Follows Sara, who recently divorced and decided to register for a 'From Fear to Love' retreat on the Italian volcanic island of Stromboli but she is confronted with the painful past she has been trying to hide....

During a visit to friends, Sara begins having visions and is attacked by an unearthly creature in her friend's swimming pool; she soon discovers that anyone who comes into contact with the water is in danger and she is driven to confront the mystical and malevolent creature lurking in the depths....

Sara is a rising star at an animal rights organization. She goes undercover as an intern at a place where puppies are bred illegally. When the organization teams up with a local law enforcement to crack down on it, she is torn between doing her job and doing what's right....
